Learn about 2023 Features and their Improvements in Moldflow!

Did you know that Moldflow Adviser and Moldflow Synergy/Insight 2023 are available?

In 2023, we introduced the concept of a Named User model for all Moldflow products.

With Adviser 2023, we have made some improvements to the solve times when using a Level 3 Accuracy. This was achieved by making some modifications to how the part meshes behind the scenes.

With Synergy/Insight 2023, we have made improvements with Midplane Injection Compression, 3D Fiber Orientation Predictions, 3D Sink Mark predictions, Cool(BEM) solver, Shrinkage Compensation per Cavity, and introduced 3D Grill Elements.

What is your favorite 2023 feature?

You can see a simplified model and a full model.

SolidCAM is a popular computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software used for generating G-code for CNC machines. The post processor is a crucial component of the SolidCAM software, responsible for converting the CAM data into a format that can be read by the CNC machine. In this report, we will discuss the SolidCAM post processor download, its importance, and the steps involved in downloading and installing it. Solidcam Post Processor Download

A post processor is a software component that translates the CAM data generated by SolidCAM into a machine-specific G-code format. This G-code is then used to control the CNC machine, instructing it on how to move the cutting tools and perform the machining operations. Different CNC machines require different G-code formats, making post processors an essential part of the CAM software. The SolidCAM post processor download is a critical
